Thank you for using Quick n Easy (QnE). We assure that you will find the use of QnE convenient and easy. By using this website you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website. It shall be your responsibility to check the terms & conditions for any changes or amendments which shall be made from time to time

 

1.      QnE Business and Scope of the Service Provided:

QnE is an ecommerce platform that provides an online grocery shopping experience to its users.

a.       Your order is an offer to buy from us. Acceptance of the order is at the discretion of QnE. A contract will only be given effect once we notify you that we have confirmed your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you. Payment of the order is due at the time of delivery.

b.      Prices of products sold through our website may be different from those available in retail stores. 

c.       QnE team will deliver the products at the address specified during order confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure presence of someone responsible to receive the order. Anyone receiving the order at the specified address will be presumed to be a person authorized by you to receive and is required to make full payment of the order. If the order is undelivered due to absence of any receiver or wrong delivery address, an additional delivery fees will be applicable on re-delivery of the order.

 

2.      Terms of Use:

Any order placed by you at our website is deemed to have been placed in accordance with these Terms of Use.

a.    Eligibility:

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and competent to enter into legally binding agreement. You shall not use this website if you are not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

b.   Pricing:

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices of fresh fruits and vegetables change on a daily basis hence, prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices include all taxes and charges. In case of any additional taxes or charges the same will be mentioned on the website. All prices are maximum retail price unless specified otherwise.

c.    Cancellation Policy:

It is our policy to permit you to cancel the order until a contract has been made effective i.e. before we notify you via email/sms/phone call of dispatch of the order. Once an order is dispatched, no cancellations can take place.

If any fraudulent transaction is suspected or a transaction is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such order. We may also flag such suspected users of our website, deny access to them and even cancel any orders placed by them.

d.   Discounts and Coupons:

Each voucher/discount coupon may have certain conditions such as a minimum order requirement, single use or validity for a specific time period. Upon entering the coupon code on the website bill amount is automatically adjusted as per the conditions of the coupon. You are eligible to use only one promotional/discount scheme at a time. Discount coupons are irreplaceable if lost or stolen and cannot be sold, refunded, exchanged, transferred, shared or returned. No reproduction of voucher code is permitted. QnE reserves the right to verify the coupon and declare it null and void if any duplication or fraudulent activity is suspected. All decisions of QnE with regards to the discount codes and promotional coupons are final.

e.    Payment:

All payments are to be made in full and in cash (only in PKR) at the time of delivery.

f.    Returns and Refunds:

• Please check all the products quality and quantity at the time of delivery. A claim of product quality or quantity won’t be entertained after the stock is delivered.• We won’t be able to return a product if it’s not up to standard from inside after opening.• If a product is unopened and if the quality is not up to mark, please return it at the time of delivery, no later claims will be accepted• We are not responsible if you don’t like the product and want to return it, we won’t be able to return it until there is some quality issue• Fresh Products i.e fruits and vegetables cannot be returned once ordered.<

 

g.    Product  Availability: We deal on vendor base products, so product unavailability and rate fluctuation may occurs.

3.      Intellectual Property:

All material contained on this website and/or associated to this service is owned by or licensed to QnE. This material includes, but not limited to, design, layout, look, appearance, graphics and contents. Reproduction of any of the same in any form is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

The trademarks “QnE” and “QuicknEasy” or any other trademarks associated to this service are the intellectual property of Quick n Easy exclusively unless stated otherwise. Whereas, the trademarks appearing on the third party’s products which are being displayed and offered to be sold/supplied through this website are believed to be the property of the manufacturers/suppliers of such goods or licensed to them or they have authorizations from the owners of such trademarks and QnE does not take any responsibility or liability of any claim in respect of any use or misuse of such trademarks.  

 

4.      Delivery information:

We are delivering all over Pakistan.QnE delivers seven days a week in between 10:00 am to 9:00 pm during the time slot selected by you which is made available on a first come first served basis.

Delivery charges are Rs 199 , However, for express delivery within 120 minutes Rs. 200 will be charged. For deliveries outside karachi, an additional amount will be charged according to the volumetric weight of the items. The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices. However, if no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, we will reschedule the delivery.

The delivery date and slot can be changed by contacting our customer service team on (021) 37120858 or emailing us at customerservice@qne.com.pk.com.pkor at the website. If the order timing is changed once the order is dispatched, a fee of Rs. 50 will be added to the bill for all orders within Karachi

5.      Your Account:

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these Terms and Conditions please contact our customer service team by e-mail at customerservice@qne.com.pk.com.pk. To access some areas of the website, it is important to create an account and become a member of QnE.

As per the agreement, in order to transact with QnE you agree to provide us your correct, complete and up to date information including, but not limited to, your legal name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number and you are required to promptly notify QnE of any change in your Customer Registration Data at customerservice@qne.com.pk.com.pk. Once you become a member, safeguarding and maintaining confidentiality of your account user name and password is your responsibility. Where a fraud is detected with your account or any other irregular activity, QnE reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel any offers, your orders and suspend/terminate the account.

 

6.      DISCLAIMER:

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS WE SUPPLY, ALL CONTENTS ON OUR WEBSITE ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QnE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OF THE PRODUCTS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. QnE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED ON THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THIS WEBSITE OR ITS SERVER WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED EVEN IF QnE IS AWARE OF THEM.

 

7.      Indemnity:

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless QnE, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, including, but not limited to any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of its obligations under this agreement.

 

8.      Arbitration:

In case if any dispute arises between you and QnE, and if same is not settled by mutual consultation, it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940, the award of the arbitrators or umpire, as the case may be, shall be final and binding and arbitration proceeding shall be held in Karachi.

 

9.      Privacy and Security:

QnE believes in giving the highest priority to its customers. Your privacy is important to us and we want you to feel safe and at ease while shopping at our website. This privacy policy will illustrate the information that is gathered and protection techniques of such information, as well as the uses of the information you provide to us. The fact that you trust us and are shopping at our website means that you agree and accept the practices described in this privacy and security policy that may be changed from time to time.         

a.    What personal information is collected:

Anyone can freely browse the website without registering. Placing an order with us would require you to share your personal details with us. Your use of the materials included on this website is for information and shopping purposes only. You agree you will not distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display or create derivative works from or exploit the contents of this website in any way. At the time of placing your order, you have the option to either check out as a guest or become a member. In both cases, information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery details are required.

b.   What Cookies are collected:

QnE also reserves the right to store certain types of information through cookies. Cookies enable us to store certain information for future use so that you do not constantly have to re-type things for example information collected through chat room or emails and information about your buying experience is stored in order to offer you the best shopping experience and resolve all other issues. But QnE cookies do not store information for any promotional or marketing purposes, nor do we share that information with any third party.

c.    How Does QnE Use Your Information:

We use your personal information to enhance our services and personalize your shopping experience. We do not sell or rent the customer information to any third parties except to provide QnE service or as explained below:

i.  QnE may use the customer data such as demographics and disclose to advertisers, partners and other for various purposes.

ii. QnE may hire other companies for certain activities like delivering packages and data analysis. These companies may have access to your personal information to perform their activities.

d.   How to change or remove your personal information:

You have right to change or remove your personal details by contacting QnE or by accessing the My Account page. You may also contact our customer care team on customerservice@qne.com.pk.com.pk or our helpline (021) 38771611. You may also request us to remove your personal information saved with us and we will not use your information in any way.

e.    Links With Other Website:

QnE website links to other social websites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. QnE is not responsible for the contents of those linked websites.

f.    Security Precautions:

QnE whenever collects your information through the website, it is collected through a secure server and it protects it against any unauthorized access to prevent loss, misuse or alteration of any of your information.
